The foundation undertakes research on development needs and achievements in the society, prepares development reports on its findings and facilitates mobilization of resources to address the identified gaps
2. Public Governance
The foundation empowers communities through provision of civic education, public leadership training and annual awards to community development champions and by organizing annual leadership lecture series.
The foundation promotes establishment of Community Government Model Management Systems to facilitate effective public participation in local development affairs.

The foundation is focused on actualizing human potential through talent development
4. Business Development
The foundation empowers entrepreneurs through provision of business development training services and revolving fund credit
5. Humanitarian Services
The foundation is concerned about the welfare of vulnerable groups in the society and therefore facilitates implementation of risk mitigation projects at the community level that focus on assisting the disadvantaged segments of the society to access basic needs in life.
IMPACT STORIES
The foundation has been promoting good governance in the society by writing constitutions and management policy papers for community based organizations (CBOs) that enable them address their local affairs effectively.
Currently, the foundation is promoting establishment of Community Government Model that facilitate active public participation in community development planning, cost-effective mobilization of development resources and providing projects implementation oversight.
The foundation has been involved in running a Resource Centre in Nairobi – providing small scale enterprises with work stations, Wi-Fi internet connectivity and business management training skills.
The foundation has also been involved in the management of micro-finance project by establishing Revolving Fund to provide credit to small scale traders.
The foundation currently runs a low cost group funeral insurance cover enables communities to provide decent burial to their deceased members without stress! The foundation runs the project in partnership with a reputable insurance company in Kenya. Membership to the project is open to registered community based self-help economic empowerment groups and welfare associations affiliated to the foundation.
