Our Core Values
The following six core values are the key pillars of our public service ideology which is embedded in our mission statement.
The founding principles are adequately justified by our fundamental beliefs as expressed under the mission statement. The principles are meant to help realize our social welfare philosophy and community development vision.
1. Diversification
We believe that the world cannot be a better place to live in unless the multisectoral challenges in the society are given a diversified approach.
2. Mobilization
We believe in putting in place a sustainable mechanism for mobilizing various resources in the world to help tackle the mutisectoral challenges in the society.
3. Organization
We believe that for people to work as a team, they need to be organized in such a way that would enable participatory approach to handling common issues affecting them. This calls for formulation of strategic governance structures at all levels of human settlement – right from the village level.
4. Utilization
We believe that the best way to achieve sustainable community development around the world is to ensure cost-effective utilization of human, financial and natural resources at disposal right from the grassroots level upto the international scene.
5. Management
We are committed to promoting establishment of sustainable, participatory, just, efficient, transparent and accountable management systems both within our ranks and in the public service sector for general social wellbeing.
6. Networking
We believe in the principle of collective responsibility (teamwork) as the best communal methodology for addressing the multisectoral challenges in the society. We thus promote public service partnership networking amongst various community development stakeholders.
