Socio-economic infrastructure namely water resources, reliable road network, power supply, telecommunication network, market centers, educational institutions, health centers and the likes - are basic needs in the society. This program, therefore, focuses on delivering the following two major services:

• Mobilizing resources to help meet socio-economic infrastructure development needs of local communities; and
  

• Providing sustainable community assets management services by signing trust deed management contracts or service delivery memoranda of understanding with needy local communities.
